Meet Our Team
You don’t get anywhere without a good team behind you and Mark is ably assisted by his wife Clare, who looks after all of the administrative tasks in the business and his Assistant Trainer Steve Davies, who relocated with him from Staffordshire.
The team are then led by Callum Griffiths (Head Lad), who has worked in the industry since leaving school and does a brilliant job leading and working with the other members of the team.
DML Racing has been awarded 2 star status for the new Lycetts Team Champion award that was launched in 2018. The new award was created to celebrate the yards that were well-managed, with a strong team ethos & yards which follow the industry standard – The Winning Approach. Team DML are always looking to improve & are aiming for the maximum of 3 stars for the next assessment.
