Welcome to the website of Butterton Racing Stables, a state of the art racing yard which has been home to successful racehorse trainer Daniel Mark Loughnane since 2011. Mark is a dual purpose trainer based in Staffordshire and has established himself in England after initially launching his training career back home in his native Ireland. Mark prides himself on the attention to detail that he is able to devote to the horses under his care, and works hard to ensure his owners have the best possible chance of visiting the winners enclosure.

Butterton Stables is close to Junction 15 of the M6, and the gallops can be seen from the motorway. It is an ideal place for Mark to take advantage of excellent road links to racecourses up and down the country, and is also conveniently located for owners to visit the yard from North Wales, Cheshire, Lancashire and the North West, as well as Shropshire, Staffordshire, the West Midlands and even further afield.

Mark has facilities for around 50 horses and provides individual attention to each and every one of the horses (and owners!) ensuring that they receive the best possible care at all times.

At DML Racing we try to make racing affordable and accessible to everyone, whether you own or lease a horse outright, join a syndicate, or create your own partnership. There are lots of options available to new owners, so whatever your personal requirements are please give us a call or drop in and we will discuss your individual needs. Our fees are very competitive and we do our best to keep costs down for all our owners.
